Helicopter Twirls Out of Control into Palm Fronds at Popular Southern California Coast
An aircraft hovering over a crowded coastal shoreline suddenly began spiraling out of control, finally dropping height and plunging into a cluster of palm trees as onlookers watched.
Videos uploaded on the internet show the aircraft beginning to twirl near the beach then descending near the border of the coast, where it becomes wedged amidst palms and a staircase close to the coastal road.

Local firefighters stated five persons were rushed to the hospital including two who were in the aircraft and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the incident on the weekend.
Three individuals on the street were harmed. Specifics on their wounds were not immediately available.
